Caribbean 21 is easy to learn and hard to put down. Being a 21 Game, the rules are similar to other 21 Games with the following exceptions.
Caribbean 21 Rules
Caribbean 21 pays 3 to 2 ( first hand only )
Insurance pays 9 to 1 ( late insurance allowed )
Dealer stands on 17
Dealer wins ties
Double and re-double anytime
Surrender anytime
Split and two cards
Aces are 1's
